Online orders for $99+ qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping& International Shipping (cost $6.99)

Delivery Days: It takes 2-5 days for your order to be shipped. As orders are shipped internationally, delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 Business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. All international shipments are handled by premium carriers (such as FedEx/DHL/UPS) and include clear tracking information. 

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

To provide factory-direct pricing, our products are shipped from our specialized facility in Guangzhou, China.

 

Shipping Process

To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Recently our system detected some scam orders, and it causes a manual check for order situation, which would take less than 5 business days to check your order items. After the order check, your package will be sent and you should be able to check your package information by Order Track. Please contact us if you need to assist due to any urgent situation.

If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, we will ship what is available at once. Charges for backordered items will not be processed until they are back in stock. For security purposes, our system only stores customer debit/credit card authorizations for 7 days. We will reach out to you by phone or email in the event that we are unable to capture your funds before they expire.
